ZPU 08/14/24 Pump, Grease Lubrication Electric Pump For High Pressure
ZPU 08/14/24 Lubrication pump is design for a progressive line or dual line centralized lubricating system which requests high lubricating frequency, long piping length, dense lubricating points and high nominal pressure of 400Bar, it is used as a lubrication grease conveying equipment. The ZPU Lubrication pump is be able to equipped with a mobile trolley, high-pressure rubber hose, grease gun and electric cable to form a mobile electric lubrication pump device, which is used for mobile lubrication on single-machine equipment with low lubrication frequency, few lubrication points, large oil supply and inconvenient for centralized lubrication.
ZPU Lubrication pump is a single outlet electric lubricating pump driven by a geared motor to discharge lubricant. There are three displacement specifications of ZPU lubrication pump: 08/14/24(L/h) for option , which can conveniently form a centralized lubrication system with the lowest cost according to different needs, the grease centralized lubrication unit has the characteristics of long transmission distance and small oil supply pipe diameter.

with a penetration not lower than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm and lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68.

Please Read Before Operation The ZPU Pump:
1. The lubrication pump of ZPU series should be installed in a place where the ambient temperature is suitable for pump operation, little dust, and convenient for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, disassembly and cleaning, and grease replenishment.
2. ZPU 08/14/24 lubrication pump should be arranged in the center of the system as much as possible to shorten the length of the system piping and keep the lowest pressure drop so that the pump can generate enough pressure to overcome the back pressure of the lubrication point.
3. Before the first operating of the ZPU lubrication pump, please add a certain amount of lubricating grease or oil in the reservoir, power on the pump for a few minutes, and then add lubricating grease from the grease filling port in a closed way with an electric grease pump.
4. 3 months after the initial use of the reducer motor of ZPU lubrication pump, an appropriate amount of 3# aluminum disulfide lubricant must be replenished from the exhaust plug hole, and then replenished in every four months.
5. The ZPU 08/14/24 lubrication pump is designed just for installed indoors, and protective measures must be taken when it is working outdoors or in harsh environments. Or please inform us if the pump needed to be operated outdoor and the working environment without any protective measures, we will consider the protection for harsh environments while manufacturing the pump and parts.
